Suggest you reset BIOS: Power off, unplug. Press/hold power button for ~15 sec. Open case and remove motherboard battery (check Service Manual for details) Press/hold power button for ~30 sec. Reinstall all RAM the way it was originally., Jan 19, 2020 · A sitution would normally look like this. Plug in, PC it kicks on but then kicks off. I hold the power button down and get it to stay off. I try starting it but it boots to an orange blinking light. I leave it off for like 5 min. I then press the the power button and this time the power button goes blue for a little bit but it does not turn on.
