The renowned Spanish-American chef's hospitality group has announced plans to open a new restaurant, Zaytinya, at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach hotel by the end of the year.

I could not recommend a business more highly. This was legit the best meal I've ever eaten. Every single plate was amazing.Zaytinya is part of the José Andrés family of restaurants, and (on balance) all of his restaurant treat you to reliable quality. If you like eastern Mediterranean food with an inventive twist, then Zaytinya should work for you. We ate outside, but the space for outdoor and indoor dining is large.
