Why wont my fourwheeler start

My honda four wheeler will not start it will turn over but not start. It is a FORMAN 400 FOURTRAX MODEL TRX400FW year 2000. It will begin to start when you let go of the start button but will not stay running. Could it be the starter, the cylinoid, the cdi box. What are the possible reasons why.
