Why is Westfield Homeless Cat Project allowed to hunt cats that are outside. They recently picked up a cat outside at senior residence. The cat had gotten out the door before senior citizen was able to close the door. WHCP came along, trapped the cat and decided its fate without even trying to find owner. They put it down.
