Salt cottages were perfect for our family of 6. We had two older children in a studio and our 2 younger kids in a one bedroom with us. The cottages are adorable, beds super comfortable and really nice towels. We hiked in the mornings and used the pool and ping pong table everyday afterwards. Staff was lovely.

After you unpack, we invite you to meet some of your neighbors by our pool, around one of our firepits, or playing a spirited game of ping pong in our vintage game shed. Salt Cottages just opened for business, and we were among the first guests. Our stay was perfect! The property is sort of an updated take on the cottages/motels we saw all along the road near Bar Harbor.
