The Honeywell Home T9 we bought just over 2 years ago now has an Internal Temp detection failure that can't be fixed. It reads the house temp as 127 degrees when temp is actual 62 so heat will not go on and AC will not turn off. Factory reset did not correct problem so we had to purchase a new Thermostat. Pick a different product.
