It has been working fine for about 2 1/2 weeks and this remote just stopped controlling volume and power!, Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: • Click "Sign In" if necessary. • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page) • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon. • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list., Simultaneously press and hold the A button [triangle] and the D button [diamond] until the status light on the remote changes from red to green. This takes about 5 seconds. Press 9-8-1 on your remote to complete the factory reset. Once this is complete you can retry pairing your XR15 remote. Once reset the pairing could work.
