IMO being able to cast a link cantrip every round is much less restrictive. This is stronger than the level 20 class feat Eternal Boost. The Synthesist Dedication should not give Reinforce Eidolon. The existing class archetype dedications offer relatively minor benefits that basically round out the class, while this gives a whole extra class feat.
