Nov 1, 2019 · I've done two upgrades in the last year to the latest version and neither went smoothly. I'm on Windows 10 with the latest updates. No antivirus other than Windows Defender which is probably configured to not scan the NT8 folder. This time the install failed halfway through and did a rollback (at the 'deleting files' step, I
