With my 4/6 RCSB on 22's 265/35 i scrap the crossmember and exhaust when ever there is bumps or a heavy dip on the freeway. i am so thankful I didn't go lower it would be absolutley horrible IMO ..., And yes, they do work for an extended cab, I have mine lowered all the way cause they do sit a bit higher than the stock seats.
