It says empowered if I push m to go to map screen, it says 7/7 timelines unlocked 3/3 empowered timelines, 10/10 completed etc. When i go to fall of the outcasts or ending the storm I can choose lvl 100 (empowered) but when I go to the black sun it just gives me the normal monolith.
