Yes they're legit. People have had bad experiences with them though (Google vivid seats reviews to get an idea). I've only used them once and I had no problem though. Prefer tickpick these days. No buyer fees. Same as Stubhub. Usually works fine, but if there is a problem, it's a hassle and then you get your tickets in the end.
