Its a rabbit eared double barrel 12GA manufactured by Hunter Arms Co, with L.C. Smith on the sides. According to the Serial number (13200), it was manufactured in 1919, but the websites state that the information about the maker should have been stamped in the barrel. Its stamped on the rib between the two barrels.

This proved to be their most successful design. Despite the success of the company, Smith decided to sell the manufacturing rights for the entire line of L.C.
