How to turn on rab subaru

I read as many posts as I can but need to ask if there was a backup alarm when going in reverse? the owners manual doesn't seem to have details on it or I can't find it since its 500 plus pages. I'm trying out all the bells and whistles to this vehicle except the air bags which I hope will never be activated. Thank you in advance.
