Dropped off my Rubicon at dealers today. The same problem as described above, after an hour of riding the DCT transmission will not shift. Remove all the factory stiff, gummy grease that was put in the shift gears. Now, replace all that grease with a liberal amount of ALL-temperature, White Lithium Grease.
