The Harrington & Richardson 500 was a small, five-shot, double-action revolver chambered in .22 Long Rifle. It was manufactured by the Harrington & Richardson Arms Company from 1948 to 1986. I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on this piece. Its my first gun so I would really like to know something about it.The NN frame qualifies for 357 and 44 mag accessory rifle barrels as well as most shotgun barrels. I finally got H&R customer support on the horn. They said that the NN serial number was one year past what they would fit a barrel to. I finally got H&R customer support on the horn. They said that the NN serial number was one year past what they would fit a barrel to.
