Grounded weapon types
Mighty Tick Macahuitl is my most useful weapon at endgame. The lifesteal is huge. Non-flavored means it is more versatile IMO. There are plenty of pre-made flavored T3 weapons to find like Salt Morningstar, Coaltana, Mint Mace, Sour Battleaxe. It's also great for killing one of the harder (hardest?) endgame enemy types.
If I had to pick a single one handed weapon to use exclusively it would be a mighty rusty spear. Best dps in the game! Depends on what I'm attacking, I have a weapon for each bug. Wolf spiders get the spicy termite axe. Ladybirds/ladybugs/rolys get the minty black ox hammer. Black ox Beatles get the salty ox hammer.
