Field Agent really hires well, and built a great team of people that do really good work. When things are good and people are happy, it really doesn't feel like work. Cons. Leadership has thrown out any opportunity for reasonable, responsible growth, and recklessly pursued ideas that might (but haven't) 10x the company.
