I had some beautiful dabs, but they tasted like sulfur, so I attempted to remediate with copper scrubbers. I winterized my dabs in everclear. When the copper scrubbers turned black, I would remove them and wash in citric acid, then rinse with water and dry in vacuum oven. Continue that process until scrubbers stopped turning black. There is a way to purify it and remove the sukfur compounds. Pour some ever clear in a dish, put you wax in the everclear and stir to dissolve the wax. Next place some clean copper (pre 1982 pennies are copper) in the dish. Over the next couple hours you will see the copper oxidize and turn green.
