OoV is the least restrictive, just don't let evildoers go free. Oath of Vengeance is lenient compared to Ancients or Devotion. Just always choose to fight and kill the greater evil. Playing paladin is pretty easy - if you killed someone and didn't have a heart attack, then you did everything right.
