Transmission fluid and filter replaced. The Torque Converter Shudder issue that was apparently fixed two years prior, returned on the truck. The fix included another transmission fluid flush, and a newer fluid (one with less viscosity) was added back., The code was P074--Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Stuck Off. I was running much higher RPM at highway speed (2500rpm at 75mph compared to ~1500 rpm normally) and revving higher before shifting between1,2,3, and 4. I did not seem to have 5th or 6th at all. I had no choice but to finish the trip.
