1 people found this helpful. Our 2013 Ford Edge has the Microsoft Sync system and independent driver/passenger climate control. To fix ours, the auto had to be STARTED with the climate control OFF. Then press the driver's side climate control button and the A/C.

For A/C control settings, please go to setting -> system tab -> settings guide -> A/C and car models -> 8861 -> Set "tangdu" as protocol, then choose either F-150 Hi for auto A/C or F-150 Lo for manual A/C.
