02 polaris trailblazer 250

Hi everyone. I have a 01 polaris trailblazer 250 that won't start. It won't even pop a little bit. It has good spark. I tried starter fluid in the carb and there was no sign of life at all. I tried starter fluid right in the cylinder and nothing once again. I've tried without the air filter. I've tried choking it. Not even a small pop.
